Molybdenum disulfide grease is an extreme pressure anti-wear lubricating material mainly used for mechanical lubrication under high temperature, heavy load, and impact load conditions, which can effectively prevent metal surface wear and corrosion. 

Core role and performance
Extreme pressure anti-wear: Solid particles of molybdenum disulfide can form a protective film on the metal surface, which can maintain lubrication even under high pressure when the oil film ruptures, significantly reducing the friction coefficient.
High temperature resistance and stability: The ordinary lithium based type is suitable for temperatures ranging from -20 ℃ to 120 ℃, while the special high-temperature synthetic type can withstand high temperatures ranging from -30 ℃ to 350 ℃, and has good oxidation resistance and mechanical stability.
Protective performance: It has excellent rust prevention, corrosion resistance, and water erosion resistance, which can extend the service life of equipment. 
Main uses and scenarios
Industrial equipment: widely used for lubrication of metallurgical rolling mills, mining machinery, cement industry, high-temperature furnaces (such as tunnel kiln car bearings), and heavy-duty gears and chains.
Transportation: Suitable for heavy-duty friction parts of automobile chassis, axle pins, universal joints (non front wheel drive constant speed type), heavy vehicles, and construction machinery.
Special working conditions: Suitable for components such as bearings, guide rails, and screw rods with low-speed heavy loads, vibration or impact loads. 
Usage conditions and taboos
Temperature matching: It is necessary to choose between ordinary or high-temperature types based on the actual working temperature to avoid failure caused by overheating.
Mixing is strictly prohibited: Molybdenum disulfide grease cannot be mixed with other ordinary oils, otherwise it will cause performance degradation or failure.
Specific restriction: Not suitable for constant speed universal joints in front wheel drive vehicles to avoid damaging components.
